From your description of the DOD ECS model, this sounds like my tile system that uses one (or more, parallel) array(s) of integral types(saves an offset multiply and add compared to a struct). Works great for non-sparse data(memory usually wins, for arbitrary non-random values). -- I use 95% concrete classes with interfaces, more for contract than their rare use. So the answer for my case is probably not; beyond what I am already doing. I do not use Unity 3D. | |
