Can iI use copyrighted music in my video game, even though itsit's free to play?

im new to this site and wanted to ask a little question. So imI'm making a video game, and thought of making a boss theme, where iI use an 8bit remix and the original instrumentals of the song Chop Suey. imI'm already in contact with the 8bit versions creator, but imI'm not sure if iI can use the original instrumental, without my game being taken down.
