@corsiKa Yes, the "inter-" prefix can mean a reciprocal relationship but it doesn't need to be. The important part is that it's a relationship between two or more independent entities, not that the relationship is symmetric.
I'm surprised how many people here don't seem to consider one-way communication to be interaction. I've always considered it so. The sender acts to provide information over some channel, and the receiver acts to internalize the information and allow it to change their state. Hence both parties are involved in an action involving each other. Interaction.
