Jul 18, 2012 at 15:42 comment added House @Miro because a game developer couldn't explain those answers any better than someone else, a lawyer would be the best person to talk to about any of those issues. It's not a good fit for the site.
Jul 18, 2012 at 15:20 comment added kravemir @Byte56 Why not? They are clear and maybe simple, but not for everyone. If some people need to know about special part of licence why would they all need to read whole licence?

Jul 18, 2012 at 15:04 comment added kravemir @Byte56 Why not? It is same as asking "Can I link closed source against opensource libraries?" It varies on library licence (GPL, LGPL, BSD,... ) and different car brands can have different licences.
Jul 17, 2012 at 23:17 comment added House @Miro No, I don't think that's a good option. That's dozens of questions that would be essentially the same.

Jul 17, 2012 at 13:19 comment added House Most licensing questions have to be directed to the owner of the material to be licensed. Pretty much any legal question on here is answered with: Talk to a lawyer. You may get lucky and someone will have experience with exactly what you want, but their situation was likely different and won't apply to yours. Good luck!
