How to "place" object in a 3d world fixing their positionwithout overlapping them ?

I would like to place object in a 3d world "like minecraft player can do".

In particularWhat I'm trying to place object in a fixed position.. For instance at x,y,z : 1,0,0 then 2,0,0 withoutdo is to allow playerthe user to place them at 1.023, 0.123objects, 0.222without overlapping them (like in minecraft you can do).

So my question is : considering my objectif the player try to be fixed height/lengthplace an object partially over another, how to consider my 3d world as a Fixed game automatically "move and place" the object in the allowed position Matrix ? What's.

What can be the bestright approach ?
