Does someone know any mediator or agent, which provides assistance/service in finding android iOS game publishers (promoting in exchange for sharing revenue)?

I have submitted my game for review at couple of game publishers with zero response. My game is very specific and unusual, so may be I need to find very specific publisher, or may be it hasn't been noticed in the see of submissions, may be the game is not worth publishing, however I need to know for sure which reason is it and try all options before giving up. Therefore I'm looking for a professional who knows how and where to try these options, or better yet has personal contacts with the publishers.
