1\$\begingroup\$ Is this happening when you boot up the game itself, or when you try to load / play / edit a custom level or experience you're working on or downloaded? If it's happening with a specific level, please edit your question to include details. To help you troubleshoot this, we'll need what's called a Minimal Complete Verifiable Example: that's the full instructions a reader would need to follow to reproduce this problem, starting from a fresh unmodified Roblox launch. \$\endgroup\$– DMGregory ♦Commented Sep 4 at 22:42
