Minecraft's Anvil chunks (r.#.#.mca) typically have a block_entities tag which defines all the blocks in the chunk. Parsers like anvil-parser rely on this.

From minecraft.fandom.com :

block_entities: Each TAG_Compound in this list defines a block entity in the chunk. See Block Entity Format below. If this list is empty, it becomes a list of End tags.

I have downloaded the World file from this page which to my surprise, contained some .mca files with no block_entities tag. It's in 18.2 format.

What does it mean ? Is the chunk really empty ? It does not have any end tags either.
