I'm trying to replicate the Elemental Burst of Hu Tao from Genshin Impact.

I need to know how to generate an entity that stays in front of me following my movements. If I turn 47° to the right, the entity in question will turn 47° to the right while always remaining in front.

To better understand what I mean, use the sixth form of the sun breathing of the demon slayer mod. I would like to make an entity that works the same way as the dragon.

Not everyone is going to have first hand knowledge of the media you're referencing or be willing to install & play through a mod to familiarize themselves with your goal.
