I'm using MathGeoLib, which uses row-major storage.

The problem that I'm facing is that I'm going from a East-North-Up(ENU) coordinate system. And I need to go to an East-Up-North(EUN) coordinate system. Let's say that my initial ENU matrix is: math::float3x3 foo. I believe what I want to do is:

foo = foo * math::float3x3{ 1.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 1.0, 0.0, 1.0, 0.0 };

Couldn't this also be done simply by swapping rows of the matrix, instead of going through all the multiplications? (The reason for my uncertainty, is the library has a lot of provisions for swapping columns, but none for swapping rows.)
