I'm creating a game in Pygame where a snowboarder will be going down a hill in 2D. I need to figure out how I can detect collision when the snowboarder (shape of line) hits another line (hill) on one point, and when it does hit I have to bring the other side of the snowboard down to equal the line it was on.

\$\begingroup\$ I think what Tyyppi_77 means is that if we can see what you've tried so far, then we'll know what techniques you're already aware of (and don't need repeated), what methods didn't work for you, and where you've gotten stuck in your implementation, so we can give you the targeted help that will be the most useful for what you need. \$\endgroup\$ – DMGregory Dec 4 '18 at 5:04

\$\begingroup\$ Have you got the shape of the hill stored as data already? What does that data look like? A drawing of the situation would be helpful, for understanding it. \$\endgroup\$ – Anko Dec 5 '18 at 13:24
