Feb 7, 2017 at 23:42 comment added Oliver Yasuna Does the META-INF reference them? One option is to use jarsplice, but I'd suggest building your project with Maven. Also, I'm pretty sure the LWJGL license doesn't permit you to distribute LWJGL content in your software package (may just be for commercial software). So, you really should write a class that downloads the required jars and natives, then sets the class path in code.

Feb 6, 2017 at 1:57 comment added Oliver Yasuna Are the natives packaged in the jar or loose files?
Feb 5, 2017 at 17:49 comment added Alex Also yes it does run in the IDE and doesn't run from jar/command line. The image in the original post was from command line.
Feb 5, 2017 at 17:43 comment added Alex I've now tried building it with JDK6, JDK7 and JDK8 and I still get the same problem. Something I forgot to mention also was that I am running Win7 enterprise on my machine.
Feb 5, 2017 at 3:53 comment added Oliver Yasuna So it works in the IDE, but not from command line?
Feb 5, 2017 at 1:49 comment added Alex I am very, very sure that I am using my latest drivers since I recently had to reinstall them to be able to play Battlefield 1 with my buddy. As for LWJGL drivers I tried changing the natives out from a newer version as I was using the ones that came with Slick but that didn't run for other reasons. As I said though it runs 100% from the IDE so that seems improbable still. ;/
Feb 5, 2017 at 1:46 comment added Oliver Yasuna I suggest you check the other two possible fixes I listed first before installing another JDK version.
Feb 5, 2017 at 1:43 comment added Oliver Yasuna I use IntelliJ (because eclipse is terrible), so I wouldn't know. But a quick Google search gave me stackoverflow.com/questions/13635563/setting-jdk-in-eclipse
Feb 5, 2017 at 1:40 comment added Alex Is there an effective way to change which Java version builds from Eclipse or from CMD?
