Can I offset all rendering in SDL2 set render shift?

I know about SDL_RenderSetScaleSDL_RenderSetScale, but I need also horizontal/vertical shift of renderer zero pointthe renderer's origin. At the moment, I manually addmodify positions of all screen objects with the shift. Is there anya way to set this shift/offset globally?
