Why do meshes show up as bones in the Model class? I'm not sure I understand what you're saying. Can you explain what is the difference between armatures and bones? Anyway the fbx won't necessarily be animated. |

Exporting an animated FBX to XNA? (in 3DS Max) Thanks for commenting. I actually got it working a few days ago! Although, I ended up using Blender. I created a bone system for the model, textured it, animated it and when exporting there's an "XNA Strict Options" check mark. I checked it, unchecked it, and then checked "Export Default Take". and it works :) |
