@Byte56 I think you've misread, or maybe I used the wrong grammar, I'm not a native speaker. In code, I meant if(JumpKeyPressed && IsCharacterOnGround() && !prevJumpKeyPressed), i.e. the jump key is being pressed now, but it wasn't the frame before. Basically what jhocking said, but explained in more detail.

comment How to make a registration for my game?
I would argue that any kind of DRM beyond a one-time, local serial check at install time screws the paying customer more than it should. +1 for recommending Steam etc., but I've seen quite a few indie game companies that not only offer Steam versions, but also DRM-free versions via their websites alongside a Steam copy, bundled for the price of one. That way you get the best of both worlds: no DRM whatsoever, plus the unlimited availability and support via Steam. If I were to release a game, that's the model I would aim for, because it doesn't get more customer-friendly than that.

"tileset returned from my server": You are certainly saying that you deliver the tile set once and then it's stored locally, yes?

comment How can I avoid “bleeding bullets”?
Your for() loop is bugged - after it removes a bullet, it will not check the new bullets[count], which is the old bullets[count+1], so in the worst case, if all bullets are disabled, it will remove only half of them.

No idea, but it's got a fine of amount of radical to it.

Why don't you let the main window accept both inputs and just split the output over 2 windows?

@StevenStadnicki Also, if floating point operations are a problem, work around it. Use decimals or whatever.
