Randomly spawning objects so they don't intersect I've had to implement something similar to this before and this is the solution I chose. I'm not saying it's the best, I had situations where I couldn't find a new position that was far enough away from another position. You could also divide the screen up into parts, keep a running number of enemies in each part, choose the part of the screen that has the least enemies, then do this strategy in just that area. Just a thought. |

Why does matrix multiplication lead to different result if it's done on CPU, compared to GPU(shader)? Also, remember GPU will be column-order. Your software solution might be row-order. |

Viewport like Angry Bird in Corona I'm thinking you just need to scale the images on the screen to zoom in. |

Is there any relation between Game Theory and Game Development? Game economies is how the game mechanics interact with each other as well as player interaction. |

Is there any relation between Game Theory and Game Development? Game Theory talks about how people make decisions when there is uncertainty, which is exactly what you want your players to be doing when playing your game. This is more about game design than game programming, both fall under game development which this site doesn't seem to understand for some reason. |
