If it consumes electricity, chances are good that I worked with it or at least know about it. SysAdmin and Programmer, worked with Basic and PHP as well as with Delphi and C#, my current favorite. I also do SharePoint for a living.

MIDI or other Software Instruments? Ah, Trackers are awesome, used ProTracker ages ago. My problem is more in the synthesis side: With MOD files (and on the C64, SID Files) there is a known sound chip that can be directly developed against. In the modern world, I'm not aware if there is an overarching standard, hence my first thought was General MIDI which is exactly such a standard. Will have a look if there are synthesis engines though |

What would most games benefit from having? Add "Replayable" as well. I hate having to go to YouTube all the time I want to rewatch a cutscene, either because it was awesome or because I haven't played for a few months and want to catch up. |

Disposing only certain resources in XNA? I also found the Game State Management Demo at the XNA Web Site which uses exactly this (1 global Content Manager and a 2nd one on Screens that need it). Not very intuitive, but it'll do :) |
