Minor little tiny formatting things, because I'm pedantic. :)

"When I wrote this, only God and I understood what I was doing. Now, God only knows." ~ Karl Weierstrass (apocryphally). Only Nintendo knows what Nintendo does. Describe more the results you want to achieve.

comment Why are my sprite outlines partially rendering in the wrong place?
I mischievously pinged the author of that code you linked, since that's where the problem seems to lie. :3

revised Why are my sprite outlines partially rendering in the wrong place?
Embedded link and images. Some sweet tags. Kill some scrollbars by wrapping lines. (This edit description sounds like a rap song. Maybe that's just me.)

comment Scale around a point
@TheHarrisonCrafter Yep OK, but read this answer carefully again. The linear transformation of scaling is defined relative to the origin. You need to combine them to scale around a point. You can also translate an image, but that's a different transformation. Some high-level graphics APIs expose a scale method which can optionally take a point too, but all that's really doing internally is applying an additional translate-operation.

comment How do I stretch a C#/Monogame viewport to a desired resolution despite the true window resolution
I edited to clarify as I could. I was confused by the parts that explain the behaviour you want and have. I tried to draw it. Is that anything like right?

revised How do I stretch a C#/Monogame viewport to a desired resolution despite the true window resolution
Embedded link and improved grammar. I think there might be some false assumptions in here, but I'll not edit them out until clarified with the author.
