@JimPedid arcs if guarantied to be circular are not that hard work with: you know the circle has circumference equal to "2*pi*r", and any arc which covers d radians of the circle will have length of exactly "d*r".

it's just a hunch but check if either img or texture are getting deleted before you start any drawing operation.

comment What algorithm to use to fill a KenKen square board with cages?
Prim's Algorithm is designed for weighted graphs, that's why I used the term "Random DFS". But the idea is still same thing

@danijar I need to refine my algorithm for that part, so I'll write it in about a day. the base idea is simply to first choose 3 block cages and then put 2 block ones in free spaces and finally everything left will be single block cages.

after compiling that patch you should see plist between available types while choosing map file. but if anything went wrong I'm almost always available in chat room just ping me there and we'll figure out what's wrong,

nope, I'm using the plist exporter I've already mentioned. goto source page and look for plist exporter patch. you need to compile it though.

@user3689 plist format is xml, it's just formatted in some special way. As I said I'm currently loading plist files exported by that application using CCSpriteFrameCache::sharedSpriteFrameCache()->addSpriteFramesWithFile("Menu.pli‌st"); note that since file name is not written in plist file (it's optional) both plist file and the png file created should be placed in same folder and should have same name (with different extensions) (and remember iPhone is case sensitive)

sadly I don't know any tool for that, personally I would break that spritesheet into several files (for example using paint) and then glow them together with SpriteSheetPacker :D I guess there are other tools out there too to help you break your initial file
