comment Where to start with hardware-specific low-level programming?
Yeah, it's probably not the sanest thing to do, but it's something that piqued my interest. I thought about phones, and honestly thought that they were much more powerful than they really are. I tried some of my XNA games on the Windows Phone 7 emulator, and it did struggle a little bit. Might be one way to go, thanks for the advice.

I don't know the terminology brilliantly well, but essentially I've been taking the vector that's between the two 2D vectors. The average of them, I suppose. I really need to study some more math at some point. :)

See, this is why I asked. Based on what I'd read, XML seemed like a fairly decent way of storing the information I'm going to need, but apparently it isn't. Thanks, and I'll look into CEGUI. :)
