@Randolf: I couldn't find anything in GIMP's export settings about anything like that, and the image looks fine there. I think it may be getting mangled by the camera transform. The two-pass solution seems to be working well though, so I think I'll just stick with that and post it as an answer when I work out a few positioning bugs.

@Randolf: Yes, they are PNG's. I'll check this in a second (I used GIMP by the way), but as a sidenote, I had a bright idea before you started commenting. I just 'fixed' it by rendering the tiles to a RenderTarget2D then rendering the result as a single large image.

@Randolf: How would I check that? I'm not specifically turning on AA though.

I even tried setting it to "Force off" and still no help.

Possibly an issue, though a quick check of my settings shows vsync set to "Use the 3D application setting".

comment What are some good jquery/javascript game engines?
JavaScript has nowhere near the processing power behind it that C# does, even in more recent browsers like Chrome. Don't expect to be able to do the same level of stuff you can in XNA, or at least, don't expect to be able to do it as well. That said, there's a lot of really cool stuff starting to be built with JS, so best of luck!

EVE-Online used to allow you to, but required a manual INI tweak to even display the option. The option has since been removed altogether as far as I'm aware.
