comment How can I choose a pathfinding target for a unit group and move the group to that target?
One idea might be to look at herding behaviour. Set any of the units as the leader in the herd, and make its position the target of all other units. As the leader follows its AStar algorithm and moves it closer to the specific position given by the player, recalculate the target for all herding units. Its not going to look pretty, but might be worth a look.

comment Face-Click Detection ( like in Minecraft )
All of the code i pasted is available at techcraft.codeplex.com. Look in the player handler classes specifically. Trace through the code for the lookVector, its better than me trying to explain here.

comment XNA - Accessing primary View, Project, World matrices from a game component
As Seth commented, just use a camera class and access the matrices from that.

comment How to update “dynamicVertexBuffer” correctly with “setdata” on XNA?
Dynamic Vertex Buffers are a pain. Tried something similar to what you are attempting, then dropped them completely. They dont really improve performance in large scale voxel (cube) terrain engines.

This question seems vague. Can you edit your question to be a bit more specific?
