My name is Chris Jagusch, and I'm a student at Michigan Technological University studying Computer Systems Science. Also an Intern for the IT department of Michigan Tech, helping develop systems and solutions for students and employees of the university. I'm also a part of the Husky Game Development Enterprise, where I operate as part of a team to create games in various languages using various libraries. In addition to that, I'm also the former webmaster, now web developer, for IRHC Broomball. I help manage the site as well as the systems for team registration and various other web-related systems.

Also, I love game programming! I'm always searching for new and exciting implementations for common and obscure game problems.

comment Dynamic “Light Level” System based on alpha levels
I'm going to accept this answer because it's scalable. Since I asked this question, I've learned more about OpenGL and the LibGDX libraries (Dropped Slick2D due to it "dying") and this answer is applicable for any system that extends OpenGL. Thanks!

Added slight expansion on my thoughts for differentiation between props and doodads.

comment What type of legal entity do I need for my game company?
For the core of what I had asked, this definitely gives me a good overview and several references that answer my originally subjective questions. Thanks!

For the tax issues that I originally brought up, this certainly sums all of it up in great, great detail. I appreciate that, I wish I could combine both the accepted one and this one and accept that answer!
