revised How to implement accurate frame-rate-independent physics?
Changed title which gave the wrong impression of requesting a 100% exact solution.

comment How to implement accurate frame-rate-independent physics?
The linked question and answers explain that using fixed time step is really the way to solve your problems.

comment Physics-based rotation with an array of pixels
For reference, I have created a simple physics simulation with the above method. Video at youtube.com/watch?v=CXEqf5zPSsk. I also believe that the game Gish uses this method successfully.

comment Java JBullet models not colliding
You need to ensure that the sizes you are passing are correct. This applies to both createByteBuffer() and TriangleIndexVertexArray(). At least for indices * 3 doesn't look correct.

comment Deforming meshes in OpenGL
At least skinning, morphing and displacement mapping are suitable for real-time deforming on the GPU. What kind of deformation are you looking for?

comment How to shade hair (line segments) correctly in GLSL
@congusbongus Could you explain why line segments don't need anisotropic lighting? With them you get the tangents naturally from the data, but the lighting model should still be the same. Check the pictures from ftp.sgi.com/opengl/contrib/blythe/advanced99/notes/node154.html. Btw the original question doesn't use view direction at all, which sounds wrong.

comment Rotating and scaling textures built up of pixel arrays in java?
Why would you not use Graphics2D and AffineTransform? That would perform a lot better than is possible with any custom solution.

comment How can I constrain motion to a path formed from multiple splines?
@Morphex Yes. 2D logic with 3D rendering is often pretty good solution. Gameplay in 2D is simpler for the player and easier to implement for you.
