I'm interested in game programming, computer graphics and low level programming. I have some knowledge about XNA (mostly 2D programming) and C# and a I worked with MVC and asp.net technology but I'm not very interested in web programming. In my free time (I'm a Computer Science student) when I'm in front of the pc I learn DirectX 11 and play with my arduino UNO.

DirectX procedural programming that's all what I need to know, thanks! |

DirectX procedural programming I really enjoy your explanation because I didn't use this approach and, although I've heard about the abstract factory pattern, I haven't used it yet... but, if I want to (in the future obviously) create an engine that works just for DX11 then what would be the difference between using classes and just functions? |

Could the delta frame time be negative? well I know but, in ideal conditions that check wouldn't be necessary right? |

Spherical to Cartesian Coordinates Thank you! I have a better idea of what the code does but, I have a question, why the hypotenuse of the pink triangle is the length of the blue vector? I mean, when I saw the image I thought the hypotenuse was the opposite side of the blue vector, but it can't be possible because the value of theta would be always 90º... |

low level api or graphics library? Hahaha, no, I thought that, maybe, it's more suitable to learn low level first and then high level or viceversa. |

low level api or graphics library? Thank you very much! Your point of view is very interesting when you say 'you always have to warry about low level details' |

low level api or graphics library? Does it mean that I can't ask for an advice because it will cause a discussion? |
