Top Down bounds of vision The angles not blocked by objects are currently part of the obstructed vision portion. What about 4 triangles, an obtuse triangle for forward, 2 for peripherals, and 1 for behind? |

Top Down bounds of vision I definitely want the player to have "visual memory" of parts of the world they've seen recently, so I may so the map without enemies behind them. |

Top Down bounds of vision Because of the maze aspect, "disorienting" may be okay, but I'm also concerned that it might be unclear that the map turned. This game is extremely low graphics. |

Light levels - How to determine if a character should be spotted Haha, no sweat, I just figured you mentioned they might throw a torch and if that's a consideration then attentiveness certainly should be. |

How to do simultaneous action without it being real time? I was thinking something like this, but each time a "queue changing" event happens give 10 seconds or something before proceeding with the queued actions normally, and when a player doesn't add to his queue for a certain time, his character is assumed to do nothing. I guess players being able to add "do nothing: 5 minutes, to the queue might also be a good feature. |

How to do simultaneous action without it being real time? I see what you're saying about turn order, but I'm trying to make cooperation an important aspect of the game. I'd like the players to be able to act with a total failure of communication if they are not actively trying to coordinate, more like in reality. I will certainly look into "The Last Night on Earth," thanks. |
