This simplifies the job from the start. Thanks. Nov 10 comment Using a permutation table for simplex noise without storing it As far as understand, memory allocation. E.g. in random map generation, a table can be large. This and the fact that one may need more than one table for a given map, makes this procedure interesting. Nov 12 comment How can I reflect a point with respect to the plane? @user1796528 welcome. On this site, those kind of questions normally require you to have already some work done. This is because this is not a place to just wait for someone answer any and all of your questions. You have to show work Nov 11 comment What kind of math should I be expecting in advanced programming? I was kidding, don't bother. Anyway, the link is nice ;) +1 for that Nov 11 comment How does Against The Wall create an infinite wall? @SeanMiddleditch, well, nevermind, I read "How can the game", and not "How can a game" on the question it was asked Nov 11 comment What kind of math should I be expecting in advanced programming? "advanced linear algebra" like "matrix projections" lol? Even for a physicist that is offensive... Nov 11 comment How does Against The Wall create an infinite wall? This does not answer the question xD Nov 10 comment Techniques to prevent non-official clients in network gaming? Even if you are not using QT, the scene.cpp's methods updateViewPort, updateModelView, updateProjection and drawBackground should be a good starting point to implement in glut.
