comment How can I change the sprites in the NES Double Dragon ROM?
Have a look at romhacking.net. They have tutorials, forums, tools and even more. This is probably what you need.

comment what kind of technique is used in android game rendering like Pou
@EmAdpres : by frames, do you mean encoding the animations in sprites ? If so, yes it could be a possible solution. The major downside is that animations will be hardcoded and thus there will be less flexibility. If we take the blinky eyes example, you will only be able to rotate, scale, or translate them if they are sprites. Rendering them using primitives would allow much more things, for eg moving individual parts regarding user input, like en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xeyes program.

comment How do I simulate a trampoline?
One question : are you familiar with simple 2D physics concepts such as velocity, acceleration, friction etc ? For example would it be a problem for you to re-create a game like asteroids ? If yes you should maybe first take at look at that (with tutorials and such), and then only consider "trampoline", which is a specific problem.

comment Using NDSLib, how to configure video modes to both print text and draw bitmaps on both screens?
I tried both of your examples without skipping any rows and both produced garbage. I also try many mapBases values before asking the question on GDSE and everything failed, that why i reset them to zero in the question (i forget to tell that). What worked for me was to used 2 and 1 as mapBase (as you suggested) AND skipping rows.
