I'm ready to start a video game for Windows and I don't know where to start. Where should I start? What programs should I use? I'm not asking for anybody to code for me, just where to begin with it.

I would recommend Game Maker or Unity 3D if you are beginning to create games. In about 10 mins I worked out how to make a platform game in game maker and in half a hour I had made a simple first person horror game in unity. I hope this helps, welcome to the world of making games. |
