I'm doing a collision detection class based on SAT and now I'm not sure how is better to handle circle-poly collision I can go with SAT by projecting on all poly axis + nearest vertex or go with distance to segment calculation + nearest vertex

for me distance to segment looks more optimal as I don't need to project all the points on axes but still not sure.

So to go with SAT or point-segment distance?
