I'm looking into making a Twin Stick Shooter based on a Unit from WW2, would I be allowed to use the Unit name, without getting into any legal issues?

Oh, well since that's a british unit I'm honestly not sure. You'd probably have to look up the laws specific to that country. I'm VERY doubtful that you would run into legal trouble though. – Eric B Nov 26 '12 at 14:51
