Hi i found all my effects except this bad one please if you have one like brainbuddies please help me . thanks in advance

If all you are looking for is a wrong sound exactly like the one in brainbuddies, I'd vote to close as "too localized". – Joe Wreschnig Sep 20 '10 at 10:52

I recommend you check http://www.pdsounds.org/ and http://www.freesound.org/ , both of which have sound effects available under free licenses. Be aware that you're still ethically (and usually legally) required to give attribution.

If you want to make your own 8-bit-sounding effects, you can use http://www.drpetter.se/project_sfxr.html .
