I was thinking which is better, UDK or Unity3D. The graphics of UDK is really awesome and better than Unity. So I was also thinking about the programming language they use but I'm using mac so I also don't know what UDK is using. Which is better Unity or UDK? Please explain. (Maybe the graphics?Collision?)

I think if you'd rephrase the question to "What are the differences between Unity and UDK?" it could be considered less OT and, actually, answerable. – psycketom Sep 21 '12 at 9:24
Tom: well, answerable NOW, but the answer might differ completely in two year's time. – Jari Komppa Sep 21 '12 at 9:47

To answer the portion of your question regarding which scripting languages each engine uses - UDK uses UnrealScript for code development, while Unity supports JavaScript, C#, and a dialect of Python named Boo.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to write an objective answer about which engine is better, as there are a myriad of factors that come into play when selecting an engine to develop atop. Unity has a free version and UDK is free for non-commercial use, so I would recommend grabbing copies of both and trying them out for yourself. After you spend some time in both, you can determine which engine best fits your needs.
