Game Development Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for professional and independent game developers. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I don't have much clue about 3D modeling or animation. I'm good at programming & graphic design though. I want to do something like shown in this 15second video.

To be more specific, I need some 3D text as shown in the video as a slideshow. I need to create a 15-30 second video of that kind. Then I'll also have to record voice over it. That I can do in video editing.

If you know a quick tutorial of this kind, that would be a great help too.

Is it really related to game programming? – Gustavo Maciel May 29 '12 at 5:37
@GustavoMaciel: No, Its not. That's why I wrote This might be offtopic but I don't know whom to ask but it was removed in the editing by Byte56. I thought people here will have an idea about how to go about it. Game development is much superior than this right? – claws May 29 '12 at 6:42
@GustavoMaciel This site is for game development, of which animating is definitely a part. – Tharwen May 29 '12 at 8:16

A bit far fetched, but if you consider ways to create cut scenes for your game, then maybe this is on topic. Anyhow, its most probably created using tools such as http://www.adobe.com/products/aftereffects.html
