I want to know about how to implement analog on screen controller for the application. If possible also provide some guidance with example so It done my work easier.

Come on Siddharth, you know better than this by now. This is pretty open ended as it is, you should tell us more about what you want, what you've tried and so on. There's no research effort shown here. – Byte56 Apr 27 '12 at 8:01

see this question about an on-screen-joystick for Libgdx. Essentially you're going to have to create your own from scratch. It's going to be a lot of work. Additionally a 17% accept rate is pretty low and you should work on that. – Byte56 Apr 27 '12 at 14:25
