How to start building a game like Farmville?What are all the programming languages you need for complete front-end design including welcome page design,user i.d password validation etc.?What are the server choices for these games?

This question comes up so very often, definitely a duplicate. In the meantime though, it's the same as building a website: complex front-ends like games are usually done in Flash/ActionScript, but other options are using JavaScript or Silverlight. The back-end is built using pretty much any of a long list: PHP, Python, Java, etc etc etc
